Invoice Receipt
The electronic receipt of invoices provides recipients of high invoice volumes with diverse potentials for cost saving. Internal processes such as invoice recording and verification can be optimized, for example, and processing costs involved in archiving and invoice entry reduced.
AuthentiDate offers a wide range of products for the receipt of incoming invoices electronically and which can therefore be processed directly. For this purpose – in compliance with the international legal requirements – qualified signatures are integrated into the invoice receipt process. The signature products are also suitable for supplementing credit-note procedures.
Depending on the customer-supplier relation, the existing invoicing processes can be extended in various ways. Besides conformity with the law, user-friendliness is of prime importance. Thus, the best conditions are given for achieving a high level of acceptance among suppliers for signed electronic invoices.
All solutions are also available from or for service providers.
The new German Tax Bureaucracy Reduction Act came into effect on January 01, 2009.
It facilitates electronic invoicing in the area of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange). With immediate effect, summarized collective invoices are no longer required for EDI datasets (invoices). Up to now, the collective invoice could be transmitted in paper form or electronically, with qualified signature.
What does this mean for you as the invoice sender?
The legislator still requires that the authenticity of the origin and the integrity of the (EDI) data be assured.
The first choice in doing so is the qualified signature to secure your EDI datasets. The assurance of authenticity of origin and integrity are attributes of the qualified signature that are protected by law.
The new Tax Bureaucracy Reduction Act opens up the possibility for you to map all your invoicing processes in conformance with the law with a uniform, central signature solution.
All EDI datasets and other electronic invoices (e.g. PDF) can now be transmitted in conformance with the law using a single signature solution. That of course also applies to credit notes.
AuthentiDate is the inventor of the central mass signature and has been specialized in the area of invoice signatures for many years. Numerous national and international companies, such as Dow Chemical, EnBw, eventim, METRO Group, HAYS, John Deere, SABIC, SOLVAY, and many others, rely on the individually customizable signature solutions.
It goes without saying that the AuthentiDate signature solutions satisfy not only the German, but also the international, legal requirements.
