The Scan Signature Module offers the possibility to integrate qualified personal signatures into processes for mass-document recording. The software can be linked with the respective software for operating high performance scanners through manufacturer-independent interfaces. The signatures can be integrated directly into the digitalized imager of the paper documents (TIFF files) by the Scan Signature Module (integrated signature) or created as enclosed signature.
The documents are processed in batches in order to create the signature. The signature process is carried out particularly efficiently, as further batches can be placed in the scanner for the digitalization and signature during the signing already.
The AuthentiDate Signature Module is already integrated as standard in a large number of marketable high performance scanners or their scan process software or support the Scan Signature Module as a supplementary signature function.
