The eBilling Signature Server is a flexible high performance system for the automatic creation of qualified personal signatures within the framework of electronic invoice processes (eInvoicing). The software is especially suitable for the professional use with invoice senders, invoice recipients and ASP/SaaS service providers. The supplied data, irrespective of whether invoices or credit notes, are signed large scale, with high performance and transparent by the system.
The electronic invoice or credit note documents can be handed over to the system both via SOAP, e-mail or file-based. The eBilling Signature Server is therefore also highly suitable for application in invoice portals (e.g. supplier or customer portal). The user can choose freely in which formats he would like to sign and transmit documents – e.g. as PDF, TIFF, IDOC, ASCII, XML, among others. The system also supports the qualified personal signature of PDF/A. In addition, when using the PDF format the user can choose whether integrated signatures or enclosed signatures (as separate signature file in addition to the signed document) are to be created. Through an integrated process control (policy) the eBilling Signature Server offers maximum flexibility, e.g. in the international application or with various groups of recipients. Therefore, the system can practically depict all policy-based data flows and various transaction control, which can in particular be necessary in an international application.
A certification by the auditing company PricewaterhouseCoopers which is recognized worldwide is available for the eBilling Signature Server. The independent third party in particular examines here the suitability of the signature software with regard to the satisfaction of the requirements in accountancy (AO, GoB, HGB, UStG).
The signature software is always available for supplementing own systems.
