Signature Verification in Eight Languages Available Worldwide
AuthentiDate makes it easy for international companies to adopt signature solutions
Düsseldorf – Exchanging electronically signed documents has never been so easy for companies, especially those that conduct international business with partners abroad. The globally available Signature-Check Web service (www.signature-check.com) lets companies use signature verification to check the authenticity and integrity of data anytime and anywhere.
Signature verification reports can be created in eight languages to enable simple and user-friendly signature verification. In addition to the standard languages of English, German and French, Danish, Italian, Dutch, Spanish and Swedish are also available on request.
The multi-lingual service is particularly advantageous for global companies, which must send electronic invoices abroad. The recipient of the invoice can easily determine whether the invoice signature is authentic – in his or her own language. No additional software is required. All you need is an Internet connection.
The service, which is available around the world, also verifies signatures generated using signature cards from providers outside of the EU, such as Swiss providers. This enables companies with international business, which exchange invoices electronically with business partners in Switzerland, to use the multilingual signature service and offer it to their business partners. Business partners can request the verification log directly in French, for example.
The multi-lingual signature verification service complies with the highest legal requirements. Each time a signature is verified, the certificate used for the signature is automatically verified online. A query is sent over a secure connection to the trust center that issued the certificate. The processes are automatic and fast. You receive the result of the signature verification as a PDF file for example, which you can save.
The service is operated in the AuthentiDate certified and accredited trust center to ensure the highest level of security for operating the signature verification service.
