ALPHA COM has Integrated Authentidate’s Signature Solution into its Offering
Duesseldorf, Hamburg - The ALPHA COM Group is now using the signature solution of AuthentiDate for its new eBilling service. The digital sending and receiving of invoices in outsourcing can be seen for the first time at the CeBIT.
The service-provider ALPHA COM selected Authentidate’s eBilling Signature Server and will use it to digitally send and receive invoices in its new solution. "The software of AuthentiDate is the most efficient in the market and meets all of the technological, tax and legal requirements to process electronic invoices," explains Thomas Hellmig, sales manager at ALPHA COM Deutschland GmbH. "We can now offer our customers a real alternative to the paper-based invoicing process with the new solution." The service-provider is introducing its expanded eBilling offering as an outsourced service for the first time in Hanover.
High potential for savings
"Anyone who wants to improve efficiency and processes in the accounting will say goodbye to paper invoices sooner or later," believes Thomas Hellmig. "That is why our customers aren't just asking about the automated receipt of paper invoices, but also increasingly about eBilling services. He added, “and not surprisingly, more and more of our customers expect to receive their invoices from us digitially.”
“We are very pleased that ALPHA COM decided on our solution," said Marc Willems, Chief Sales Officer of AuthentiDate International AG, "particularly since ALPHA COM is, as a result, one of the few service-providers in Germany that covers the complete outsourcing range for the analog and digital invoicing process."
