BKK MOBIL OIL Uses the AuthentiDate Signature Solution for Mass Document Entry
The second-largest company health insurance fund is opting for legally sound, paperless processes
Düsseldorf – BKK MOBIL OIL, the second-largest company health insurance fund in Germany with around one million policy holders, has integrated the AuthentiDate signature solution into the mass document entry to optimize the internal processes and reduce costs.
The AuthentiDate signature solution, which has repeatedly proven itself in practice, is replacing the program that was previously used.
The paper documents of the company health insurance fund are digitalized via mass document entry and simultaneously signed in a qualified, personal way with the help of the signature solution. Hereby the data is securely protected against unnoticed manipulations.
The signature process is carried out in a very short period of time and can consequently be integrated into the work flow of the employees without problems.
The use of the AuthentiDate signature solution in the mass document entry is a step towards the digitalization of a number of processes. AuthentiDate is the strategic partner of the ISKV for digital signatures. The program offers the benefit for BKK MOBIL OIL that further signature solutions - e.g. for electronic approval processes and long-term archiving of signed data - are also available.
The AuthentiDate scan signature solution is being used at BKK MOBIL OIL within the framework of the optimization of the digital archive, which has existed for years. The incoming mail system of BKK MOBIL OIL has been centralized in this project. Single-user solutions were able to be eliminated and replaced by a high-performance scanner at a central location because of the new structure.
The current solution was realized in collaboration with the partner comline.
