Düsseldorf - With the new signamus (Lat. = “we sign”) service, all businesses of every size are now in a position to sign electronic invoices quickly, safely and comfortably without their own signature solution. In addition electronic signatures on incoming invoices can be checked and archived fully automated.
With the new Web service www.signamus.de, novices and those switching over can especially benefit from using electronic invoices, without any prior investment.
For user security, signamus uses the only signature solution currently available on the market that has proven its the adherence to the requirements of accounting (UStG, GoB, HGB, AO) by the software certification of a leading international auditing company.
With signamus, special importance was attached to simple operation, security and 100% compatibility with all common systems. As a result, any computer user with, for example, a Windows or Linux operating system, is guaranteed access to the signature service at any time. The secure and encrypted access is carried out by an individual desktop PC or alternatively by a server of a company.
Establishing this access usually takes only a few minutes. With fully-automatic, 24-hour operation, signamus processes both single as well as thousands of invoices, only limited by the respective transmission capacity.
Particularly simple is use of the automatically attached signature check report, which immediately, without additional action, makes available to users, senders and receivers information on the validity of the signature.
The so far unique of its kind Web service is rounded off by a new fully automated archive function, which automatically archives all signed and/or checked data and stores this indefinitely during the contract term.
