ELO has Successfully Implemented the AuthentiDate Signature Solution in the Area of Corporate Health Insurance Funds
Düsseldorf, July 05, 2006 – ELO Digital Office GmbH, one of the leading providers in the area of digital archiving and document-management systems, is also offering the use of the most diverse AuthentiDate signature solutions in the ELO line of products as a standard feature now.
The initial customers are leading corporate health insurance funds, public administrative agencies etc. They are using the new AuthentiDate signature functionalities in ELOenterprise. The entire life cycle of the signed documents, from verification (checking) up to long-term archiving including resigning, is made possible here with the combined solution of the partners.
ELO Digital Office makes it possible for its customers to use it for both individual processes and entire process chains with the AuthentiDate signature solutions. Processes can also be successively expanded with signature functionalities.
AuthentiDate has distinguished itself as a partner in the area of signatures above all by its experience and its know-how in dealing with large quantities of documents. A further benefit in the case of a server-based signature solution is platform independence. It is available on the most diverse system platforms as a Java-based solution and will hold its value very well in the future because of that. "Moreover, this provides greater flexibility in realizing projects," explains Karl Heinz Mosbach, general manager of ELO Digital Office GmbH.
The partner Aconsite AG provided ELO and AuthentiDate with support to quickly convert the customer's internal processes to the new fully electronic solution with signatures and to convert them with little in the way of burdens on the employees. The Aconsite implementation consultants were able to fall back on experience from other successful signature projects with AuthentiDate in the process and assist in converting the pending ELO projects in a very short period of time.
