Janich & Klass integrates AuthentiDate Signature Solution
Signatures in the scan process available for all users of DpuScan
Duesseldorf – Janich & Klass Computertechnik GmbH, one of the leading suppliers of products in the sector of industry PC technology and document imaging for the past 25 years, now offers the option of protecting documents for bulk-volume data processing by means of digital signatures. This is possible by integrating the scan signature module of the signature specialists AuthentiDate.
The first customers have already decided to use the new solution for providing documents with signatures according to the legal requirements during the scan process thereby protecting data against unnoticed manipulation.
The AuthentiDate signature solution is available via the Janich & Klass scan software DpuScan, which also supports Agfa, Canon, Fujitsu, InoTec, Microform as well as many other scanners.
In addition to the creation of signatures, Janich & Klass also enables signatures to be verified with the aid of the AuthentiDate products before the data is archived thus providing a comprehensive solution for the entire electronic process chain.
Janich & Klass will be showing the new solution in the live demo at the Enterprise-Signature-Day 2006 in Düsseldorf on March 2nd, 2006.
