Jan C. E. Wendenburg, Chairman Executive Board / CEO
Jan C. Wendenburg has been working in the IT industry during his entire career. In 1985 he joined IBM and was responsible in various Sales & Marketing Management positions for large and global IBM top customers.
At IBM he built up a nation-wide solution focused reseller network. Later as Account Executive, he held global responsibility for one of IBM's top international customer. Based on that he took over responsibility for IBM's largest customer in Germany. Later he was promoted to restructure and rebuilt the IBM's PC business in southern Germany, where he was finally responsible for Mid & Southern Germany, including a revenue of about 400 Mill DM.
In 1998 he joined the Windhorst-Group, a highly service focused IT company in Germany, as Managing Director.
In 1999 he was appointed as Chief Operating Officer to the Executive Supervisory Board at Windhorst New Technologies AG, an international incubator for High-Tech; Media and Internet Start-Ups with Offices in Berlin, Los Angeles and Hong Kong. Based on his broad and strong experience in setting up international organizations he founded AuthentiDate's European operations as an international joint venture and formed AuthentiDate International AG, Germany, since to act as total customer centric organization from the very early beginning.

Marc T. Willems, Member Executive Board Executive Director Sales & Consulting
Marc T. Willems has a very successful track record in different high-tech companies, spanning a 15-year career. Marc has held executive and field sales positions at such companies as Deutsche Telekom, TELE2 Communication and ClientLogic Inc.
He started his career with a three-year position as trainee manager in traditional industry, being involved in a number of different practical backgrounds.
He now holds a certified degree in Business Administration specializing in Sales & Marketing, from a German Private-Business School Academy.
After a sales trainee program and positions as Sales Manager and Sales Director within TKS/RKS (Deutsche Telekom Kabelservice), he then became a board member of TELE2 (Kinnevik Groupe), one of worldwide leading Telecommunication companies, where he built up the company's business and sales organizations, its German headquarters and sales branch offices.
After this step in his career he worked as Managing Director Central Europe for ClientLogic Inc., a world leading US Company in "Outsourced Customer-Relationship-Management" for high tech companies. After a takeover from two companies he restructure the central organization and build up the central European sales and marketing organizations.
During his tenure at these companies, he was personally responsible for, and managed sales of, over €400 million in services. Marc has extensive experience in central management, starting up new businesses, sales organizations and sales infrastructures, in managing major/strategic account teams, in sales force and employee recruiting, team building and also Marketing.

Judith Balfanz, Vice President Marketing & Business Development
After receiving a degree in business economics at the Business Academy of Hamburg/Germany, focused on international marketing, Judith started her career as sales trainee at Ethicon GmbH, a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson, one of the leading worldwide pharmaceutical corporations, headquarted in Hamburg/Germany.
At Ethicon she established various solutions to optimize sales controlling. Being promoted to work for the marketing department, she gained extensive experiences, such as productmanagment, marcom and press relations. Additionally she was responsible for numerous national and international projects and product launches.
Judith Balfanz continued her career as responsible Marketing director at an innovative market driver in CRM technology and built up corporate marketing from scratch. She gained further experiences as european marketing manager at an international UK based software and mechanical engineering company, before she joined AuthentiDate.
For her responsibility at AuthentiDate, Judith Balfanz earned considerable experiences in building up corporate communications and marketing from the very beginning, including budget and staff responsibilities.
