Willi Mannheims, Supervisory Board

Willi Mannheims studied aerospace technology at the University of Aachen and began his career with Daimler Benz Aerospace in Munich after receiving an MBA at the University of Houston. After serving at cubis.com, Mannheims changed to Secunet Security Networks AG in 1996, which he successfully launched on the stock market in 1999 as chairman of the board. During his career at Secunet, Mannhaims' activities included providing consultation for RWTÜV AG.
After completing the initial public offering for Secunet, Mannheims changed to chairman of the Eracom Technolgies AG in 2001.

Mr. Mannheims is presently also active as the chairman of the board of directors of the GITS AG in Bochum.

Dr. Hagen Hultzsch, Supervisory Board

Dr. Hagen Hultzsch studied physics and nuclear physics at the University of Mainz. After his doctorate was conferred (Dr. Rer. Nat.), Dr. Hultzsch accepted various duties at the University of Mainz before changing to the industrial sector in 1977 where the physicist gained extensive experience in various management positions. These included positions at GSI, Darmstadt, EDS Germany and as Corporate Executive Director of Organizations and Information Systems with Volkswagen AG.

In 1993, Dr. Hultzsch accepted the responsibility of the Technical Services department for eight years as member of the board of directors of Deutsche Telekom AG.

Dr. Hultzsch has been active for more than 20 years as a supervisory board member for different national and international companies, such as DFG and EARN. He also performs consulting functions for DFN, BDI, VW-Gedas, DeTeCSM, DeTeSystem, T-Venture, T-Nova, T-Systems, Bonn-Innova, FZJ and others.

O'Connell (Ben) Benjamin President

On November 26, 2007, O'Connell (Ben) Benjamin assumed the role of President of Authentidate Holding Corp. Mr. Benjamin has led Authentidate's technology team from January 1, 2005 and has been the chief architect of many of its technology initiatives. He began his career in 1973 with AT&T Bell Labs where he led a number of initiatives in research, product development and manufacturing processes.

He was the Vice President of R&D for all AT&T Consumer Products until his transition to Lucent Technologies in 1996, as part of Lucent's spin-off from AT&T. At Lucent, as Vice President in the wireless business unit, he served in various roles leading product development and customer technical support activities. Mr. Benjamin subsequently joined Lucent Digital Radio as Senior Vice President of Product Management in September 1999. Following Lucent Digital Radio's merger into Ibiquity Digital Corporation in August 2000, he continued to serve as the Co-Chief Operating Officer until August 2003.

Prior to joining Authentidate, Mr. Benjamin was actively involved as an advisor and equity investor in software and web-services startups. Mr. Benjamin received a BSEE and an MSEE from the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn. He is also a graduate of The Executive Program from the Darden Graduate School of Business.
