We archive your data in our audit-proof online archive. With our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution, you have unlimited access to your data at any time. You can also give third parties (such as finance authorities and auditors) specially administrated and limited access.
Certified security
Our audit-proof archive system is provided within the scope of the SIGNAMUS web service and a certified by a reputable auditing company. Alongside German standards, the corresponding Austrian and Swiss standards (e.g. IDW Standards) are fulfilled. Of course, the system is regularly re-certified.
In our online archive, your data is secured on a quadruple redundant memory system based on a hard drive and is regularly outsourced.

As an accredited certification service provider by the Federal network agency, we know all about the security requirements. Our members of personnel are therefore trained and correspondingly skilled.
