Legally secure inbox stamp
Hospitals receive a huge volume of documents in electronic form each day. Lots of these documents are used for further patient treatment. It is therefore extremely important for each hospital to protect themselves against subsequent accusations that could arise due to electronic data.
Electronic inbox stamps are a simple solution that can be used in any hospital in order to conclusively document when the data (contents) was submitted to the hospital. In the same way as postal receipt stamp for paper documents, each document is provided with a qualified timestamp and then passed on for further processing. The electronic inbox stamp is produced centrally. Employees are not given extra work due to this process.
